Amanda’s practice focuses on women and paediatric care, including prenatal, postpartum and infant treatment. Each appointment takes a whole-body approach, with hands-on assessment and treatment tailored to the individual’s needs, health history and comfort.
Women’s Care
Individualized osteopathic assessment and treatment for women. Treatment considers how the body’s joints, muscles and connective tissues work together, with the aim of supporting comfortable movement and overall function.
Prenatal Care
Starting second trimester
Osteopathic care during the second trimester of pregnancy, with treatment and positioning adapted to your comfort and the changes occurring in your body.
Postpartum Care
Individualized osteopathic care following pregnancy and birth, with attention to your comfort, recovery and the physical demands of caring for your baby. Assessment and treatment are adapted to your stage of recovery and individual needs.
Infant Care
Under 1 year
Gentle assessment and treatment adapted to your baby’s needs and comfort. Parents are actively involved throughout the appointment, with time for feeding, soothing and breaks as needed.
Children’s Care
Ages 1–12
Individualized assessment and treatment adapted to your child’s age, needs and comfort. A flexible approach allows children to settle in and participate at their own pace.
Teen Care
Ages 13–17
Osteopathic assessment and treatment tailored to your teen’s needs, with clear explanations and attention to their comfort throughout the appointment.
A parent or guardian must be present for every infant, child and teen assessment and treatment.
Appointments & Fees
Initial Assessment & Treatment
45 minutes • $130 (including HST)
A discussion of your health history and concerns, followed by assessment and treatment as appropriate.
Follow-up Treatment
30 minutes • $90 (including HST)
Reassessment and treatment guided by your response to care and your current needs.
Payment & Insurance
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Cash, cheque, debit and credit cards are accepted.
Osteopathic treatments may be covered by your extended health benefits. Please check your individual plan for coverage. A receipt will be provided for submission to your insurer; direct billing is not available.
Appointments are not available through motor vehicle accident (MVA) or WSIB claims.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations and missed appointments will be charged the full appointment fee.
